What is the delivery time for my order?
Delivery times vary between 6 and 14 business days.
What should I do if I haven't received my order yet?
If the 14 business day delivery period has passed and you still haven't received your order, please email info@vovara-brisbane.com. We will find out what went wrong with your package.
I want to exchange/return my order, what should I do?
To arrange a return, contact our customer service at info@vovara-brisbane.com. Please provide your name, the order number (e.g., #000000) from the confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm the return. You can then send the product back to us using the courier service of your choice.
What are the return costs?
Unfortunately, return costs are your responsibility. The costs depend on the carrier. Please consult the website of the carrier you wish to use for further information on prices.
What are the return conditions for my product(s)?
The return period is always 30 days. The return period starts the day you receive the item. However, conditions apply to returns.

What should I do if I haven't received a confirmation email for my order?
This shouldn't happen. Please send an email with your full name and email address to info@vovara-brisbane.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Can I cancel my order?
Do you want to cancel your order for any reason? Please email info@vovara-brisbane.com as soon as possible with your name, the order number (e.g., #000000) from the confirmation email, and the reason for canceling the order.
NOTE: Cancellation is no longer possible if we are already processing your order.
